Q: Just what are these W$ and T$ thingys anyway?
A: If you've ever won a satellite on PokerStars then you know about W$ and T$. These
W$/T$ thingys are awarded to you for your play instead of cash. However, WS and
T$ cannot be used for real money on PokerStars. You can however exchange
them for real money at PSBucks.com with our Trade Wizard.
Q: Do I have T$ or W$?
A: Well, I dunno there big fella... Just kidding... If you have recently won a satellite
you have W$ or T$ (depending on the event). 1st, find the tournament that you won
a seat in and go to that tournament lobby. You can find that lobby via the "Registered
in Tournamnets" option under "Requests" in the main PokerStars lobby. Once in the
correct tournament lobby simply unregister from the tournament and the W$ or T$
will show up in your account in the Cashiers window.
Q: How will I know how much I get?
A: Our Trade Wizard will dynamically calculate the
offer based on our current rates at the time of the trade.
Q: How do I initiate a transaction?
A: Detailed instructions are included on every page of our Trade
Wizard.
Q: How long will it take to complete the trade?
A: We currently process requests within just a few hours. Trade requests are processed
as soon as one of our staff receives them.
Q: Are transactions safe?
A: Absolutely! All transactions are conducted by PokerStars. We only submit the
request. Once PokerStars receives a matching pair of trade requests they execute
the transaction.
